Steve Silva Plumbing, Inc. provides professional plumbing contractor services in Napa, California and surrounding areas. Our services include, but are not limited to, plumbing installation, repair, maintenance, and inspection for residential and commercial properties.

  1. Service Agreements

All work performed by Steve Silva Plumbing, Inc. is subject to a separate written service agreement or work order. No verbal agreements or representations create binding obligations on our part. Pricing estimates are provided in good faith but may be subject to change based on actual conditions encountered during service.

  1. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee. In the event of non-payment, Steve Silva Plumbing, Inc. reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies.

  1. Warranties

Our workmanship is warranted against defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of service completion, unless otherwise specified in writing. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, acts of nature, or pre-existing conditions. Manufacturer warranties on parts and materials are passed through to the customer.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steve Silva Plumbing, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

  1. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments may be scheduled by phone or through our website. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  1. Permits and Compliance

When required by law, Steve Silva Plumbing, Inc. will obtain necessary permits for plumbing work. All work is performed in accordance with applicable California plumbing codes and regulations. The customer is responsible for ensuring that access to the work area is safe and unobstructed.
